As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while representing the business with professionalism, product confidence, and a strong customer-first approach. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building rapport, guiding purchasing decisions, and contributing to a fast-paced showroom environment.
Hours 40
Salary - £27,010 plus OTE plus company car

Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and guide buyers through the full sales journey
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
- Follow up on leads promptly to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline activity up to date
- Work toward monthly sales targets while delivering excellent showroom service
- 2+ years of sales experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting leads
- Experience explaining vehicle features, finance options, and purchase processes to customers
- Experience handling showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, finance conversations, and customer test drives
- Valid driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
