Role Overview And Responsibilities

TT Electronics, Sheffield, is hiring for a Sales and Key Account Manager to support, manage, and drive sales growth across the full Roxspur product portfolio, within the defined region.

You'll be responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working collaboratively with a small team of internal and external sales and customer service colleagues.

Working closely with customers, engineering, quality and operations teams, you'll contribute to business growth, customer satisfaction, and continuous product improvement, providing expert support in the selection and application of Roxspur's temperature, pressure and flow measurement products, as well as calibration services.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Sales Collaboration - Working closely with the internal sales support team to align sales strategies, preparing proposals, and support with contract negotiations
  • Strategic Planning - Executing regional sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Organising and attending customer meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Product Development and Engineering Collaboration - Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements and market needs are effectively translated into product improvements.
  • Business Development - Analysing customer needs to develop tailored solutions that add value and meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Market Analysis - Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and customer trends to identify opportunities and maintain market awareness.
  • Operational Support - Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, purchasing, engineering and operations) to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Forecasting - Preparing accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and business updates for senior management.

Qualifications, Skills And Attributes

What We Look For:

  • Experience selling technical products or services within industrial, manufacturing, and/or aerospace markets.
  • Knowledge of Calibration services and associated industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical, influencing, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of outstanding service.

The following will enhance your application but is not essential to apply:

  • An understanding of Pressure and Flow measurement principles and related instrumentation.
  • Experience of Temperature Measurement within the Aerospace sector.
  • Familiarity with AMS2750 and related aerospace specifications.

This role may be completed remotely, or from any of our regional locations, with a requirement to attend our Sheffield site on a regular basis.

Please note that this role will involve travel (>50% of the time) with occasional overnight stays.
