What You’ll Do
- Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within CRM systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms used for customer information.
- Conduct thorough research on contacts within target accounts using various online resources.
- Identify key decision-makers and personas to support targeted outreach by sales and marketing teams.
- Gather relevant company information, including industry, employee count, and financial data, for strategic account planning.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all gathered intelligence.
- Utilize CRM tools to input research data and contact information efficiently.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through comprehensive online research and outreach.
- Leverage professional networking platforms for prospecting and connecting with potential customers.
- Support the creation and maintenance of targeted prospect lists.
- Build essential intelligence for the sales team, providing actionable insights.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns.

**Must-Have:**
- Fluent French speaking and writing skills (essential).
