This hybrid role is based at our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, minimum 3 days a week in office with flexibility to work from home when necessary.


Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our global sales and account management teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this role plays an important part in ensuring our sales processes run efficiently, customer and pipeline data is maintained accurately, and reporting is delivered consistently across the business.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the administration and optimisation of sales processes and systems, maintain CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, produce regular reports, and assist with forecasting and order management activities.

Working closely with the Sales, Operations, Finance, Renewals and Engineering teams, you will help provide visibility of sales performance, pipeline activity and order status while ensuring best practices are followed across the organisation.


  • Collaborate with the Operations team to support order processing, handover activities and ensure accurate information is transferred from Sales into delivery workflows.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to support sales reporting, revenue tracking, forecasting activities and the maintenance of accurate commercial records.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales and order management reports, providing visibility of pipeline progression, bookings and order status.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities, ensuring sales, order and customer data is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to ensure consistency between CRM records, quotations, purchase orders and invoicing information.
  • Monitor the progress of orders through the sales cycle and support internal stakeholders with status updates and reporting.
  • Own administrative responsibilities for CRM systems, ensuring it is efficiently used and optimised for best practice.
  • Manage sales pipeline across the global team monitoring activity in all regions and across several product categories, ensuring all activity is accurately captured and follows standard practices.
  • Produce regular sales and activity reports for use in sales performance meetings, management meetings and prepare detailed updates for board reporting purposes.
  • Run sales forecasting and track key metrics and performance indicators ensuring management have visibility of total pipeline coverage and quality.
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date and uses consistent practice across all team members using the systems.
  • Provide training and onboarding for sales team members and new starters on CRM process and tool usage.
  • Run weekly forecast calls providing accurate pipeline analytics for both Sales and Engineering Teams
  • Analyse and communicate weekly and monthly sales progress against OKRs, KPIs, providing areas of improvement across our Sales and Engineering Teams.
  • Answer and triage the sales telephone line, webchat and sales inbox.
  • Contribute to market penetration analysis, account mapping, and planning.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Marketing teams to provide operational support, reporting, order management coordination and process improvement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of sales order processing, quote-to-cash processes or commercial administration would be advantageous.


What you will need:


  • A proactive, highly motivated, and customer-centric approach to your role and responsibilities.
  • A precise and analytical approach, you will maintain high standards of integrity in sales, customer data and reporting within CRM systems and Excel.
  • Demonstrable experience of HubSpot will be preferred
  • Experience in managing sales operations processes, improvements and driving standards and efficiency.
  • A great collaborator, able to work across a global team across functional multi-discipline teams such as sales, engineering, development, and marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.
