Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Packaging Assistant role based in Milton Keynes. The role involves supporting the sales team with order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Sales & Packaging Assistant will prepare and pack allograft products according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating dispatch schedules, checking stock levels, and collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role also includes assisting with basic packaging-related documentation, participating in internal audits when required, and contributing to continuous improvement of packaging and sales support processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and quality teams.
  • Comfort working in a highly regulated or healthcare-related environment; prior experience in medical, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order entry systems); prior experience with inventory or ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant vocational training or education in life sciences, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Driving License required
