The role focuses on researching target companies, engaging prospects, generating credible leads, and arranging meetings with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Research target companies and decision-makers
Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English
Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
Support marketing campaigns and inbound lead follow-up
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent work experience
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Confident and professional communication skills – Telephone / Email / Teams
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
Interest in technology or engineering-led businesses
