Sales & Trading Graduate Training Program – Global Fixed Income
KNG is seeking highly motivated graduating seniors to join our Sales & Trading Training Program focused on Global Fixed Income and Emerging Markets in London.
Founded in 2004, KNG is a privately owned partnership specializing in global fixed income markets with a strong focus on emerging economies. We are market leaders in the secondary trading of illiquid assets and in delivering tailored solutions to both investors and issuers. With established offices in London and Lisbon and a growing presence in the United States, our activity spans Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Our Fixed Income specialists serve institutional clients including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and hedge funds. By combining deep market insight with efficient execution, we help institutional investors allocate capital and transfer risk across a wide range of financial asset classes.
The Program
Our Sales & Trading Training Program is designed for graduating seniors interested in pursuing a career in global financial markets. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to fixed income markets, emerging market credit, and the trading of complex and illiquid assets.
During the program, trainees will:
• Develop a strong foundation in global fixed income markets and emerging market dynamics
• Work closely with experienced traders and sales professionals
• Learn how to analyze complex credit situations and market opportunities
• Gain exposure to institutional client coverage and trade execution
• Support the trading desk in identifying market opportunities and delivering solutions to clients

• Graduating seniors (or recent graduates) with a strong interest in financial markets
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated individuals
• Strong quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills
