Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Agentforce)
Location: London (Onsite)
Contract: 12 Months
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a large-scale enterprise CRM programme. You will work within an Agile delivery team, developing and enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce and Amazon Connect integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows
- Configure and maintain Amazon Connect integrations, CTI functionality, omnichannel routing and contact flows
- Own CI/CD and release management processes using Copado
- Deliver enhancements, resolve complex technical issues and reduce technical debt
- Collaborate with Architects, Delivery Leads and cross-functional digital teams
- Ensure alignment across wider Salesforce platforms including Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years Salesforce Development experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Agentforce and Amazon Connect integrations
- Hands-on Copado and Salesforce DevOps experience
- Strong Apex, LWC, API integration and Salesforce best practices knowledge
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PDII desirable)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
