Salesforce Technical Lead / Developer

* Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, Flows, configuration, and integrations

* Act as the technical owner for customer implementations and products

* Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions

* Lead technical decisions, architecture discussions, and development standards

* Support managed packages and product development

* Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems

* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Must-have

* 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience

* Strong Apex development

* Lightning (LWC/Aura) experience

* Salesforce configuration expertise

* Experience with managed packages, particularly 2GP (Second Generation Packaging)

* Salesforce Developer certification(s)

* Ability to communicate directly with clients and business stakeholders

* UK work eligibility

Nice-to-have

* Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks

* Accounting or inventory management knowledge

* Agentforce / Salesforce AI experience

* Security Review experience

* Business analysis and requirements gathering

* Additional Salesforce certifications
