Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements elaboration, mapping systems and process flows to define time- and scope-bound milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with technology teams, providing business analysis, process and change leadership within a maturing Agile PDLC.
  • Design, maintain and refine application development processes, guidelines and standards (in partnership with relevant teams) to ensure consistent delivery across participating groups.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to senior management, leveraging global best practice to identify opportunities and optimise operations, resources and capacity.
  • Produce and maintain programme and project status reporting aligned to the enterprise portfolio, and ensure transparency of issues, risks and remediation plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct programme and project audits to verify scope, standards and controls are met, and manage a central, accessible body of knowledge for programme artefacts and lessons learned.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings, analyse options, and recommend or implement tactical and strategic actions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.


What You Bring

  • 5-8 years' programme and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent practical Scrum experience, with successful delivery using Agile lifecycles (Scrum preferred; Kanban a plus).
  • Strong business acumen and technical competency, able to balance and bridge technology and business needs across complex programmes.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet time- and scope-bound deadlines.
  • Hands on experience with programme and project tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
  • Experience working on technology projects within the financial services sector, preferably in banking or wealth management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, self motivated, and able to influence stakeholders across seniority levels.
