search & performance - job descriptionabout us: we're thecovalentbond, a performance focussed digital marketing agency based in London with of 25-30 people working across search (organic, paid and AIO), media, content, social, UX, CRO, CRM and automation for clients including Samsung, Collinson, Shake Shack, Evewell and future forum. this is our second agency, having previously build and sold an 80 strong agency in 2020. we believe in growth - be it professional, personal or commercial, and have been enjoying all three since we launched 3 years ago.
about the roles: we have three open, full time roles across paid media & organic search paying 30 - 45k based in our London office (WC1X 9AA). The roles are hands on account management roles, providing a fantastic variety across strategy, analysis, delivery and direct client exposure. you'll be able to use your skills to make a meaningful impact on our clients business whilst also grow your knowledge of the inter-related channels and activities you may not have previously had exposure to.
about you: we're looking for people who have skills in at least two of the following areas: (1) seo, (2) paid search, (3) paid media / social, (4) analysis, reporting & client management,.... and who are looking for an exciting, growing environment for them to contribute to and benefit from. You'll likely already know your way around a keyword tool, and some / all of: screaming frog; ahrefs, google ads, analytics, search console etc. Oh - and ideally - you'll be available either immediately or within weeks rather than months.
- channel strategy: what are we doing where, what's the smartest approach?
- SEO: develop & deliver client strategy across tech, authority & content
- PPC search: building, managing, optimising and reporting on client campaigns
- paid media: campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit etc to reach the right user
- SEO: rankings, traffic and leads trending up!
- paid: improved ROI or conversion rate / reduced CPA
- relationships: positive connection with your team and clients
