An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to work within the Psychology Team to provide, as part of the team, a complete secretarial and administrative service to the psychology clinical team.
This is a full time vacancy for 37.5 hours per week.

This is a full time vacancy for 37.5 hours per week.
- Actioning clinic outcomes in a timely manner.
- Processing referrals coming into the department and coming back from triage.
- Transferring letters to MediSec and signing them off.
- Audio typing clinical letters into MediSec.
- Waiting list management.
- Organising psychology appointments as per surgical pathways.
- Assisting patients with queries of their appointments and referral, both over the phone and by email.
- To perform any other duties as required.
