PAYE basis

£340 - £400 Per Day Depending On Experience/qualifications

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have

  • Academic Qualifications - Civil Engineering related Qualification (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng)
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS – White PQP/AQP or Black Managers
  • May be working towards Chartership/Incorporation with IStructE, ICE or other appropriate professional body.

This role is site based - Monday to Friday

45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting out works and maintaining dimensional control within specified tolerances
  • Managing as-built drawings, quality records, and drawing registers
  • Supporting inspection, testing, and recording of workmanship and materials
  • Providing technical support and resolving site queries
  • Monitoring progress against time, quality, and design requirements
  • Preparing site sketches and recording instructions

Experience Required

  • Reinforced concrete works including rebar detailing, sequencing, formwork & falsework
  • Temporary Works experience (FRC), including TWD briefs (TWC desirable)
  • Short-term planning experience (6‑Week Look Ahead)
  • Constructability reviews and planning for heavy FRC works
  • Experience working in secure or regulated environments preferred
