About You
We’re looking for someone who’s curious about cyber security, enjoys solving problems and, above all, wants to learn.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything. This placement gives you the opportunity to build your knowledge, develop new skills and gain practical experience alongside our Security teams.

What we do We lease a wide range of tailored mobility solutions to people who receive of one of the Government’s qualifying mobility allowances. We take care of their insurance, breakdown, servicing and more, as part of our worry-free package.
At the end of the lease, our customers can exchange their vehicle for a brand-new model. Each year we sell and move around 200,000 cars. This makes us the largest supplier of single-source vehicles back into the used car market.

- Application Security: Learn how we build security into applications, including vulnerability management, penetration testing, threat modelling and security reviews.
- Cloud Security: Gain experience of how we protect cloud environments, identify security weaknesses and help teams apply appropriate security controls.
- Identity & Access Management: Learn how we manage identities and access to systems, including access reviews, privileged access and the principles of giving people the right access at the right time. Security Operations: See how we identify, investigate and respond to security threats and incidents, working alongside our Security Operations team and security partners.
- IT Continuity: Learn how we prepare for major technology incidents, including business continuity, disaster recovery and exercises that test how effectively we can recover.
- Vulnerability Management: Help identify and track security vulnerabilities, understand the risks they present and work with teams as they are addressed.
- Threat Modelling & Security Testing: Support security specialists in understanding what could go wrong with new systems and services and how those risks can be reduced.
- Risk & Governance: Learn how security risks are identified, recorded and communicated, and how policies and standards help us manage security consistently.
- Projects & Improvement: Contribute to security projects and improvement activities, bringing your own ideas and learning how security changes are delivered in a large organisation.

Minimum criteria
- Studying in the second year of your cyber or technical degree that includes a year in industry, and e ager to start a placement in July 2027
- Excited to join us in our Bristol office at least three days a week, with occasional travel to London

- You will answer 5 questions by video response
- You are given 6 days to complete your video assessment from when you receive your invitation
- Virtual Interview -You will meet with one of our Early Careers Recruitment team
- These interviews aim to take place between 12th to 13th November 2026
- Assessment Centre
- You will be invited to attend a final stage assessment centre, which typically involves an interview with the two assessors and an activity
- The assessment centre is a whole day with us in our Bristol office
