Technical Project Manager (Cyber Security / DevSecOps)

6-12 month contract | London Hybrid | Competitive Day Rate

Looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead delivery across complex cyber security and infrastructure workstreams. This role sits between engineering teams and programme leadership, owning technical execution, sprint delivery, dependencies, defects, governance and technical sign-offs.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years Technical Project Management experience

• Engineering background preferred (Engineer to PM)

• Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid Waterfall delivery

• DevSecOps, CI/CD and automation experience

• Defect management, risk management and technical governance

• Experience coordinating multi-vendor environments

• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, security and business teams

• Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI

Technical Exposure:

• Cyber Security programmes and CIS Controls

• Microsoft Security stack, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Qualys, Snyk, Akamai, Rubrik or similar

• Test automation, API integrations and enterprise platforms

• Technical documentation, HLDs, LLDs, runbooks and operational handovers

Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master

• ITIL Foundation

• Cyber Security or Cloud certifications advantageous
