Job Description:
As our Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for the UK&I region, you’ll have a real opportunity to create measurable impact by securing new revenue opportunities as part of a fun and innovative team. You’ll work in lockstep with Sales to drive pipeline, create meaningful engagement, and maximise our existing marketing activations.
This role is accountable for leading the development, implementation, management, and measurement of targeted, account-focused programmes for the UK & Ireland, with a specific focus on driving pipeline creation and acceleration within the account base.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary liaison between Sales and Corporate Marketing, partnering with all team members to build comprehensive 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing plans for a defined set of strategic accounts.
- Ensure all marketing programmes within the plan are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines.
- Drive territory planning focused on helping Sales sell account-appropriate offerings, including the suite of software, add-on, and cross-sell products.
- Focus on the buyer’s journey, delivering the right programme and content at the right time.
- Tailor ABM programmes and messaging to align with prospect, customer, and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives, or unique challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing, Global Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Events Marketing, and Solutions Marketing on key corporate programmes to support the creation and acceleration of pipeline.
- Review performance metrics with a keen eye on return on investment. Ensure each marketing activity is tracked and measured, using data and dashboards to inform future programmes.
- Be flexible in addressing ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs from Sales teams in response to pipeline health.
- Share metrics and reporting to inform broader teams of best practices.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- You are currently in a similar role and can demonstrate a track record of success in relevant activities within your application.
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), self-awareness, and a demonstrable track record of engaging with senior executives.
- Recent experience in a fast-growth, SaaS cloud-native environment is essential. Experience in enterprise software is advantageous, but not crucial.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions.
