Key Responsibilities Main Purpose of Job:

The Senior Analyst, UK Payroll & Benefits (“SA”) will be responsible for:

Processing monthly and special payrolls for the UK (and certain other designated global payrolls) with accuracy and attention to detail

Administering day-to-day support for our employee benefit programs

Bringing a continuous improvement and process-focused mindset and use data to influence business decisions

Possessing a “roll-up-your-sleeves” and partnership mentality to drive solutions for our employees, Leadership and the business

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Drive the administration of the company’s UK and other global payrolls

Possess a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, including those related to payroll, taxation, employment and general HR matters

Create year-end reporting required for designated payroll and benefits programs

Support SOX and other internal controls efforts for our auditors and otherwise

Participate in systems deployments and enhancement/optimization of reporting

Implement annual changes for bonus, merit, promotions and market adjustments

Partner with Finance on budgeting, invoices, accounting and other cross-functional matters

Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance company payroll processes and support

Manage external vendors as needed to ensure effective completion of objectives

Perform tax withholding required for equity plan, together with equity administrator

Provide data and resources for ongoing employee benefit plan operations

Serve as US (and other) payroll execution back-up with support from broader Rewards team

Elevate to support the unique opportunity to develop across several Rewards areas and serve as a contributor to changes that will drive our next phases of growth

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including with high-growth public companies

UK company experience required with Global and Biotech expertise strongly preferred

Payroll certifications or similar designations helpful

Advanced excel skills and a strong understanding of HR systems and processes

Knowledgeable of applicable tax, payroll and other applicable HR laws

Excellent communication and the ability to work well with people at all levels

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Proven time management skills to navigate competing demands
