What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across a broad mix of professional and project-led building surveying instructions, including:
- Contract administration
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Dilapidations
- Defect analysis and reporting
- Refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Design and specification work
- Condition surveys
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Project delivery from inception through to completion
- Client relationship management
- Lead major commissions
- Develop client relationships
- Mentor and support junior surveyors
- Contribute to business growth initiatives
- Help shape the future of the Manchester team
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualification, or are close to achieving chartership
- Experience delivering building surveying services across multiple sectors
- Strong technical and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
- A collaborative and client-focused approach
- A desire to develop and progress your career
- Experience within healthcare, education, local authority, commercial or mixed-use projects would be advantageous.
