Senior Business Analyst - Digital Transformation
Hampshire offices + hybrid working
A great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to join a Digital Transformation programme. The Senior Business Analyst would support several modernisation projects with a focus on business change and business efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years+ Business Analyst experience within digital transformation and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
The company offer hybrid working 2 days per week with offices commutable from Southampton area
Core responsibilities:
- Play a key role in delivering a business strategic objectives as part of a digital transformation program with several business change project streams
- Make suggestions on operational efficiency improvements and lead relevant projects to completion
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in Microsoft environments
Essential experience:
- 5 years+ commercial experience as a Business Analysis, Business Systems Analyst, Lead BA or similar
- Commercial experience within t professional services, financial services or similar industry with relevant processes
- Demonstrate understanding of governance and compliance
- Excellent communication skills; able to liaise with senior stakeholders
