Senior Buying Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Buying Manager / Head of Buying – Branded Tools to join our team in Milton Keynes.

This is a key commercial role focused on managing and developing relationships with major professional tool brands such as Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Bosch, HiKOKI and others.

The role will take ownership of:

• Supplier negotiations and commercial terms

• Stock, availability and range management

• Margin improvement

• Rebates and promotional support

• Supplier relationships

• Buying discipline and team development

This role is specifically focused on UK and European branded suppliers and will not involve sourcing own-brand products from China.

We’re looking for someone who understands that good buying is not just about placing orders. It’s about margin, stock turn, cash, supplier relationships and making strong commercial decisions.

Experience within tools, hardware, construction products, trade supplies or a similar sector would be ideal.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, direct access to senior management and the opportunity to have a significant impact on the next stage of our growth.
