Senior Campaign Manager

Leeds, England, United Kingdom Contract Posted 1 hour ago
How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose

We've been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.

It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – we are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team on a 6 month fixed term basis.

How You'll Make a Difference

You'll play a key role in making sure our campaigns are distinctive, effective and measurable, from shaping the brief and challenging creative thinking through to coordinating delivery, reviewing performance and applying insight. Working closely with creative agencies, research partners, internal teams and specialist suppliers, you'll help us get the best possible output while ensuring activity is aligned to our brand, customer needs, commercial objectives, governance requirements, financial promotions standards and Consumer Duty expectations. You'll also be responsible for line managing 2 members of the team.

Ultimately, you'll help shape and deliver standout brand campaigns that reach new audiences, strengthen our profile and support our strategic ambitions.

This is a great opportunity for a confident campaign professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, turning complex business priorities into clear, compelling campaign briefs and bringing ideas to life across channels including outdoor, radio, press, digital, social and potentially TV.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience managing brand campaigns, ideally including above-the-line activity such as outdoor, radio, press or TV.
  • A strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with clear customer, brand and commercial outcomes.
  • The ability to write strong strategic briefs and turn insight, objectives and audience understanding into clear campaign direction.
  • Confidence managing and challenging creative agencies, studio teams and suppliers to raise the quality of creative output.
  • Experience working both agency-side and client-side would be beneficial, as would experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills, with the confidence to manage senior conversations and build trusted relationships quickly.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to role model, care, connect and coach to drive team performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.

And in return, you'll get the best from us:

  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
  • Annual bonus of up to 12%
  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme
  • 2 days' volunteering per year

We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.
