Main duties of the job We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Fellow in Diabetes & Endocrinology to join our expanding tertiary service at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. This role is ideal for a motivated doctor with prior medical experience and an interest in diabetes and endocrinology who is keen to develop both clinical and service improvement skills in a highly supportive environment. You will join a forward-thinking, collaborative multidisciplinary team recognised for delivering outstanding inpatient diabetes care and specialist endocrine services across a large regional population. You will work closely within a wellestablished multidisciplinary team to support highquality patient care, contribute to service development and integration, and take an active role in education and training of junior colleagues and wider clinical staff. In addition, you will be expected to engage in audit, quality improvement, teaching and research activities, supporting both personal professional development and delivery of excellence within the wider Diabetes & Endocrinology service.
