You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Champion safety first, ensuring safe, compliant delivery.
  • Apply strong knowledge of H&S regulations.
  • Promote an inclusive, wellbeing-focused culture.
  • Manage delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Manage contracts, costs and client reporting.
  • Ensure ethical, compliant and sustainable operations.
  • Drive net zero and carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Manage teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Developed commercial and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
  • Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
  • Developing experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
