You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion safety first, ensuring safe, compliant delivery.
- Apply strong knowledge of H&S regulations.
- Promote an inclusive, wellbeing-focused culture.
- Manage delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
- Manage contracts, costs and client reporting.
- Ensure ethical, compliant and sustainable operations.
- Drive net zero and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Manage teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in business development.
- Developed commercial and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
- Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Developing experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
