3Search's Technology Sales practice are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high-performing desk (£300k YOY). Working closely with the Founder, this is social role with plenty of time spent out of the office at events, networking, face-to-face conversations and meetings with clients and candidates.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Deliver on existing live roles passed by a Founder
• Win new clients in a London market which has been fully mapped out
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
• Work cross-functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands

Ideal background and skillset:

• A desire to win new business with strong delivery capability
• A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience
• Be able to network and build strong in-person relationships
• Coachable and a want to constantly improve
• We are open on sector experience, but recruiting for sales roles would be a plus
