Senior Delivery Consultant

Due to continued growth across our global business and the opening of our New York office in August, we’re looking for a Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join the US desk, supporting three high performing Senior Consultants focused on the US market with resourcing and candidate delivery.
(This role also comes with the opportunity to relocate the New York fully supported or stay in our London office)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on the candidate side of recruitment and wants to play a key role in building and scaling a best in class delivery function within a growing international search business.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants on mandates across front office roles within PE/ VC backed companies, partnering with some of the most prestigious financial institutions and investment firms globally.
For the right individual, there is genuine long-term progression available- Including the opportunity to help shape and lead the delivery function as the business continues to scale internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting three Senior Consultants across live US mandates within Investment Banking and Credit Private Equity
- Building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across front-office finance markets
- Delivering exceptional talent to leading investment banks and private equity firms
- Conducting headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Managing recruitment processes from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Building long-term relationships with high-performing finance professionals across the US market
- Contributing to the growth and development of the wider delivery function
Experience Required
- 12 months + recruitment or executive search experience (180 or 360)
- Financial Services recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong sourcing and candidate management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and highly organised
- Desire to build a long-term career within delivery and talent strategy
