Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

The Role

A client in the technology and software industry is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to join the team on a short-term high impact contract project.

Based within a contract and billing transformation programme, you will help accelerate the delivery, testing and optimisation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central solution. Reporting into the programme leadership team, you will support the completion of key development work and help ensure the successful delivery of a new automated contract and billing model.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse solutions, including custom tables, forms, business rules and business process flows.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Microsoft Business Central using standard Microsoft technologies.
• Assist with data migration activities, data mapping, validation and system testing.
• Work closely with project, finance and operational stakeholders to resolve defects and support UAT and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse development and configuration.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and model-driven Power Apps.
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience supporting data migration, testing and delivery within fast-paced transformation programmes.
