role
Lawyers typically combine client secondments with helpline and project work, including Employment Tribunal litigation. You decide the balance: some focus on a split of helpline work and litigation, others move between secondments, and the firm aims to be as flexible as possible around personal commitm

    Helpline work: fully home based, available from 1 or 2 days per week, with fixed and manageable
