I am currently working on an urgent contract opportunity for an SC Cleared BMC Helix Architect / Senior Engineer.
Location: Andover (2 days onsite per week)
Rate: £430/day Outside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Key requirements:
• 8+ years' experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM
• Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset and Service Request modules
• BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM) and CMDB data modelling
• REST/SOAP API integrations and Helix iPaaS
• Remedy to Helix migration experience
• AR System workflows (Filters, Escalations, Active Links)
• ITIL v4 certified
