Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or DevOps Manager who can demonstrate leading high performing teams delivering effective SaaS / Cloud solutions?
We have an opportunity for an Engineering Manager to directly influence a high performing Platform Engineering team at a time of growth. The role is part of an innovative software company delivering interactive SaaS and Robotics products, they require an experienced candidate to take accountability for the team’s performance and delivery, through effective mentoring and process implementation.
The company have offices in the southeast and offer flexible hybrid working options.
Summary of essential experience:
- An experienced people manager, able to effectively lead and mentor senior engineers
- Leverage extensive tech knowledge (software and infrastructure) enableing senior engineers to work at the highest level
- Previously worked with a similar stack; Python, Go, TypeScript, AWS, IaaC, real-time data, etc
- Extensive DevOps experience – AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc
- Influence Technical architecture / System architecture decisions
- Improve and implement relevant processes, Shift-Left, TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, etc
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels of a business
