How you'll make a difference
You'll be a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders of our Core transformation programme, providing clear financial insight, constructive challenge and decision support. You'll shape financial plans, forecasts and performance reporting, helping leaders understand risks, opportunities and the actions needed to deliver our Corporate Plan.
You'll translate complex financial information into clear, action-focused recommendations for leadership teams, committees and governance forums. You'll also support business cases, change initiatives and benefits realisation, while maintaining strong financial controls and helping us continually improve how we work. The programme evolves at pace, so you'll need to be adaptable and have the expertise to evolve the role.

How you'll make a difference

What will you bring to the role?
- Qualified or nearly qualified accountant, with strong financial planning, forecasting and performance management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including confidence using Excel and business intelligence tools to turn data into meaningful insight.
- Experience using finance systems, and producing clear reports and presentations for senior audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and support senior leaders.
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend practical action and support effective decision-making.
- A collaborative, continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work across Finance and the wider Society.
