What will you be doing?

  • Owning monthly flash reporting and supporting monthly period and board reporting
  • Producing variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
  • Managing sales, weekly trading and cash flow reporting
  • Supporting group budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, reviewing submissions and challenging assumptions
  • Business partnering group, divisional and country finance teams to turn data into clear commercial insight
  • Delivering ad hoc analysis, commentary and recommendations for senior finance stakeholders
  • Supporting reporting-system improvements, including a new consolidation platform implementation
  • Improving reporting processes, data integrity and controls while reducing manual effort

What would we love to see from you?

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified OR nearly qualified or actively studying towards qualification
  • Strong FP&A grounding across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Experience in a complex, multi-site, international or consumer-facing environment
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with confidence handling large datasets
  • Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, sales and operational performance
  • Group, consolidation or multi-entity reporting exposure beneficial, but not essential
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge assumptions and translate analysis into clear stakeholder insight
  • Accurate, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + bonus up to 20% + study support for PQ candidates

Location: Central London (Tues, Weds, Thurs in office)
