The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.
You will manage the development of information management strategies, standards and plans, ensuring effective digital delivery across projects and programmes. You own IM outcomes, stakeholder relationships and team leadership, applying ISO 19650 processes. You may act as IM Lead or support a senior IM Lead, depending on project scale and complexity.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Defining and deliver IM strategies, standards and ISO 19650 processes.
- Managing the IM function and oversee quality assurance.
- Training teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Providing technical expertise and support bids.
- Managing IM teams and resources effectively.
- Coordinating CDE setup and development.
- Supporting digital delivery across projects.
- Contributing to net‑zero and carbon‑reduction goals.
- Proven IM leadership across major projects and programmes.
- Strong ISO 19650, UK BIM framework and CDE management expertise.
- Skilled in information architecture, standards setting and document control.
- Qualified in IM disciplines, with proficiency in key IM software (e.g., Aconex, ViewPoint).
