The Role

Working as part of a collaborative international tax team, you will:

  • Oversee UK and international corporate tax compliance and reporting, working closely with outsourced providers
  • Support the quarterly tax reporting cycle, including review and analysis of tax positions
  • Partner with finance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
  • Play a key role in advisory-led projects, including:
  • M&A transactions
  • Group refinancings
  • Business restructurings and reorganisations
  • Provide input on the tax implications of strategic initiatives within a complex, acquisitive group structure
  • Engage with senior internal stakeholders, external advisors and auditors

About you

  • Qualified (ACA / CTA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong background in corporate tax compliance and reporting
  • Experience within a large corporate or international environment
  • Interest in, or exposure to, transactional/advisory work (M&A, restructuring, financing)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
