Location: Birmingham (1 day a week in office)
Salary: Starting from £45,000 + performance bonus

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with retail partners. Combining account management with commercial development, you'll work closely with affiliate, marketing and PPC teams to drive performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and win new business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to affiliate, marketing and PPC teams.
- Develop account plans and conduct regular business reviews.
- Drive retention, revenue growth and partner success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Share insights and best practices that help partners maximise performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years Experience in key account management and/or B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing, affiliate, performance marketing or SaaS.
- A track record of growing accounts and delivering commercial results.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on long-term partnerships.
