Body Logic Health — a premier movement and performance clinic — is looking for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, who also has minimum 3 years Women's Health experience and is POGP affiliated. You should have outstanding core clinical skills, a strong track record of growing your caseload, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
About the Role
Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist with training in Women's Health? Are you looking for a new challenge within a busy, forward-thinking private practice in Battersea? The current Women's Health client base is about 1.5 days per week however it is growing and we are keen to get the right person in to help develop this exciting service within our Clapham & Battersea catchment areas. This is a great opportunity to work with the Company Director to help develop this service, which already has connection to our Pilates, Running and Personal Training services to help our clients really achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment across a broad MSK and Women's Health caseload.
- Manage and grow a strong, repeatable individual client list with excellent retention.
- Partner with the Clinical Director to refine clinical protocols, workflows and quality-assurance processes to develop the Women's Health service.
- Support clinic growth via patient satisfaction, external referrals, and integration with performance services (e.g., Pilates, running analysis).
Qualifications
- Senior physiotherapist with a minimum of 5+ years private practice (MSK focus) clinical experience in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa AND have completed your Women's Health training.
Required Skills
- Excellent diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning skills.
- Evidence of building and managing personal caseload, strong treatment outcomes and client loyalty.
- Collaborative, coachable, and keen to contribute to team culture and systems.
- Comfortable mentoring others and influencing clinical standards.
- Good communicator, client-centric, and proactive in problem-solving.
