Senior Network Engineer

We're partnering with one of Asia's most successful technology businesses, headquartered in Hong Kong and operating across multiple international markets. Following significant growth and continued investment across Europe, they are expanding their security and infrastructure function and are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to play a critical role in their global cybersecurity strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploying, maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Implementing and optimising cybersecurity technologies including SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM and vulnerability management solutions.
• Managing vulnerability scanning and remediation activities across infrastructure, applications and endpoints.
• Enhancing incident response capabilities and helping develop robust recovery procedures.
• Performing security risk assessments, investigating incidents and providing reports to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting security hardening initiatives across network, cloud and endpoint environments.
• Working closely with global teams to ensure security best practice across an expanding international footprint.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Network Engineering, Network Security or Cybersecurity roles.
• Strong technical expertise across NGFW, WAF, IPS/IDS, NAC, EDR and network/system hardening.
• Hands-on SIEM experience and proven incident response capabilities, ideally with Elasticsearch or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with SASE architectures, encryption technologies and anti-DDoS platforms such as Cloudflare or Akamai.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Desirable

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, ITIL, CCSA or similar certifications.
• Experience working within large-scale, international environments.
• Mandarin or Chinese language skills are beneficial but not essential.
