About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco ACI and Data Centre Networking. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network availability, implementing infrastructure changes, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting critical business operations

.This role requires a highly technical professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage network incidents, and act as a senior escalation point within the Network Engineering team

.Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide technical fault finding and incident management support
• .Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across enterprise environments
• .Act as the final escalation point for Network Operations teams
• .Support and resolve 2nd and 3rd line network incidents
• .Implement network changes, upgrades, and new technologies
• .Maintain high levels of network availability and resilience
• .Ensure network documentation and CMDB records are accurate and up to date
• .Work closely with infrastructure, security, and other technical teams
• .Participate in planned out-of-hours changes when required

• lCisco CCNP certification
• .Expert-level experience with Cisco ACI and Data Centre Networking
• .Strong Cisco IOS Routing & Switching experience
• .Experience with
• :Cisco Wireless (WLC
• )Cisco IS
• ESwitch stack
• sMicrosoft Azure networking experience, including ExpressRoute connectivity
• .Extensive Palo Alto Firewall administration and troubleshooting experience
• .Strong understanding of firewall security policies and best practices
• .Experience performing root cause analysis and low-level network troubleshooting
