n.We are looking for someone who has sold onboarding and origination solutions to UK and European banks and knows how to navigate complex enterprise deals. You know how to engage stakeholders at all levels — from engineers to technology leaders and executive

In this role, you wi
- ll:Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, guiding them on how the FintechOS platform can help them build or transform their business into an innovative, digital-first organization with AI-first modern ProductO
- ps.Be the internal trusted advisor to sales, product, and delivery tea
- ms.Partner with Account Executives and delivery teams to architect, engineer, and demonstrate solutions that showcase our AI-first ProductOps capabiliti
- es.Build compelling business cases that quantify ROI: faster time-to-market, operational efficiency gains, competitive differentiation, and regulatory agili
- ty.Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring potential risks are mitigated while representing FintechOS and its technology favorab

- o-DayRun solution sales cycles for enterprise deals across the UK and Europe: discovery, value quantification, solution design, demos, POCs, and commercial close with a
- n AE.Show banks how to launch any product — unsecured lending, SME onboarding, savings accounts — without traditional development cycles. Insurance experience will be highly va
- lued.Demo no-code capabilities and use-case solutions that allow business users to move at speed while maintaining compliance and con
- trol.Navigate complex buying committees and cycles: win over C-suite stakeholders with strategic vision, product teams with use cases, and technical leaders with architec
- ture.Travel regularly across the UK, Europe, and Romania for client meetings, workshops, and internal collabora
tion.

- tions.Proven ability to straddle business and technical conversations: you can quantify ROI with finance leaders and design solutions with engi
- neers.Track record of winning deals by articulating business value: faster launches, lower costs, competitive edge, and regulatory ag
- ility.Deep knowledge of banking product operations: core constraints, origination workflows, regulatory pressures, and why speed and differentiation m
- atter.Technical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and platform integrations. You do not need to code, but you need to speak the lan
- guage.Autonomous and proactive: you see the opportunity, shape it, and drive it without waiting for permi
