Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to strengthen our global procurement team in Wroclaw.
In this role, you will lead strategic transport procurement activities for key global customers, with a strong focus on multimodal transport solutions and supplier management. You will play a central role in tendering, negotiations, supplier strategy, and cost optimization initiatives while collaborating closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and transport providers across Europe.
This position combines strategic procurement, stakeholder management, and operational logistics expertise in a highly international environment.
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for logistics service providers (LSPs), ensuring competitive pricing, high service quality, and long-term supplier partnerships.
You will manage complex RFQ and tender processes end-to-end, lead strategic negotiations with transport providers, and coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. The role is currently strongly connected to a major global customer in the tobacco industry, while also supporting broader procurement initiatives across Integrated Logistics.
Although the role currently has no direct reports, you will functionally coordinate procurement-related activities with shared service and engineering teams, including a team in India.

- Lead integration strategies across WMS and enterprise platforms (ERP, TMS, automation), enabling seamless data flow and performance.
- Drive solution quality through strong governance, testing frameworks, and resolution of technical defects and system issues.
- Support successful system implementations, including deployment, hypercare, and continuous optimisation.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and architecture standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS systems (ideally Blue Yonder) in contract logistics or 3PL environment.
- Expertise in system architecture, integrations, data models, and technical solution design.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
