You’ll define strategy, drive execution, and improve merchant experience while working across technology, regulation, partnerships, and commercial goals.

About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Acquiring & Local Payment Methods to shape and grow myPOS’s acquiring capabilities and local payment method portfolio across Europe. You’ll define strategy, drive execution, and improve merchant experience while working across technology, regulation, partnerships, and commercial goals.
What you’ll do:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for acquiring and local payment methods across myPOS markets
- Expand payment coverage, improve conversion, reduce costs, and increase value for merchants
- Lead the development and optimisation of card acquiring flows, including scheme-related requirements and performance
- Manage the onboarding, setup, and lifecycle of local and alternative payment methods across different markets
- Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Use data, merchant insight, and market knowledge to prioritise opportunities, track performance, and communicate progress to leadership
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within payments, acquiring, fintech, or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment processing flows, and core payments concepts such as authorisation, settlement, interchange, and SCA
- Proven experience owning complex products end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and iteration
- Strong analytical thinking, with confidence using data, metrics, and commercial logic to make decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
- A pragmatic, customer-focused, and commercially minded approach, with the ability to navigate regulatory complexity
