What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end marketing readiness for major platform migrations and product launches across various markets, including stakeholder alignment, monitoring frameworks, go-live coordination, and hypercare.
  • Define and operate marketing activation logic that translates operational risk signals (e.g., fill rate projections, daily targets) into responsive marketing actions with clear triggers, escalation paths, and deactivation criteria.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks, including efficiency metrics (marketing cost per hire), quality metrics (usable application ratios), and channel-level performance tracking.
  • Author risk assessments and strategic narratives for senior leadership, providing data-backed analysis that informs investment decisions and technology team requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions to align marketing, operations, risk management, and field teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex marketing initiatives, from defining strategy and negotiating resources to influencing partner team roadmaps and making trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain pacing models and activation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enable data-driven budget allocation and standardized ways of working across markets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automating manual workflows, shifting activation timelines earlier, and holding partner teams accountable for delivery.
  • Monitor marketing performance across markets, reviewing daily/weekly reports, identifying metric breaches, and triggering activation or escalation as needed.
  • Make activation decisions using RAG (Red/Amber/Green) classification logic based on projected fill rates and daily hiring targets.
  • Maintain and update pacing sheets using channel analytics, application data, and day-of-week distribution models.
  • Collaborate with operations, risk management, and analytics stakeholders across markets, representing marketing in cross-functional forums.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating complex funnel data into clear narratives.
  • Manage regular reporting cadences and proactively surface insights that influence strategy.
  • Coordinate with performance marketing, agency management, and creative teams on campaign execution aligned to activation logic.
  • Support new market readiness activities, adapting existing frameworks and templates for expansion markets.
