- Experience managing large-scale IT transitions into managed services/BAU
- Strong ITIL/ITSM, SLA/KPI and governance knowledge
- Excellent client and senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams/workstreams
- London-based with hybrid/client-site working as required
- ITIL / PMP / PRINCE2 certification desirable
