What you'll be doing?
The Project Manager reports to the Project Director and is responsible for leading site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The role oversees workface planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, cost control, site installations, and associated cabling works while maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
A key responsibility is promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, training requirements, hazard assessments, and corrective actions. The Project Manager organises and leads construction teams, allocates resources, develops workforce capability, mentors apprentices, and addresses performance or workplace issues.
The role also includes planning and scheduling activities, ensuring labour, materials, and equipment are available, resolving conflicts, and meeting production targets. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures quality standards are achieved, reviews inspection results, manages documentation and reporting, approves material requisitions, and supports recruitment, promotion, and employee development decisions.

You will bring:
- Mechanical / Electrical Degree / HND / HNC or relevant experience
- Professional Registration desirable (Chartered or Member)
- Has completed CILM Training
- CSCS Managers & Professionals or CCNSG
