We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Birmingham.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high value, technically complex construction projects. You'll drive project completion on time and on budget, working in a safe and quality-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity to lead project teams, develop client relationships, and make a real impact from pre-construction through to delivery.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Project Team, Supporting Them In Achieving Operational And Commercial Goals. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading assigned projects from second stage tender through to delivery, overseeing site teams to manage performance against programme and budget
- Managing project budgets and timescales, drawing up detailed plans to achieve each stage of a project
- Selecting and leading project teams, negotiating with contractors and suppliers to deliver against client expectations
- Communicating progress effectively with staff at every level, clients and stakeholders
- Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring compliance with SHE policies and procedures
This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have significant experience in leading projects of considerable value from pre-construction to delivery
- You have demonstrable experience of managing project budgets, programmes and leading project teams effectively
- You possess strong communication skills with the ability to produce reports for leadership
- You have expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
- You hold a relevant Construction Qualification at Degree level or equivalent, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and Full driving licence
