Senior Project Manager – Risk & Regulatory Change
Location: Belfast Employment Type: Full-Time (Fixed Term Contract) | Approx. £106K PAYE
I am partnering with a Tier-1 Global Investment Bank to hire a Senior Project Manager for a high-visibility role. You will lead critical regulatory initiatives, with a specific focus on market and currency risk projects.
In this role, you will partner directly with senior leadership to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex risk and regulatory projects.
- Collaborate daily with stakeholders across trading, finance, operations, and technology.
- Design target-state solutions and drive sustainable regulatory changes.
- Act as the bridge between the business and technology teams to ensure smooth Agile delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in Financial Services.
- Strong background in Capital Markets, specifically market risk, credit risk, or regulatory capital.
- Knowledge of currency derivatives, market risk regulations, and front-to-back trade flows.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders.
