Job Title: Senior Reablement Support Worker
Salary: BR9 (£37,262 - £39,278 per annum)
Location: Bromley Civic Centre
The London Borough of Bromley Reablement Service is currently looking to recruit Reablement Senior Support Workers to join our well established, existing team.
Working within a Reablement model of care, to undertake a more specialist Reablement Support Worker role providing advice and guidance to Support Workers within the locality and case managing more complex cases.
The reablement service operates between 8am to 8pm- and this role is to cover shifts on an ad hoc basis, this could include working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays between the service delivery hours of 8am – 8pm.
Essential - Driving a car/vehicle is an integral and regular feature of the job; and therefore, having a current driving licence and use of own car/vehicle are deemed to be essential for the performance of the job.
