As we continue to grow our Bristol office, we're looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants more than just another billing role.

Initially, you'll focus on growing your own market and establishing yourself as a leader within the team. Longer term, there is a clear pathway into leadership, with the opportunity to mentor consultants and build a team around you.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within agency recruitment
• Strong 360 recruitment experience
• A proven track record of business development and account growth
• Ambition to progress into leadership
• A growth mindset and desire to build something long-term
