Salary: up to £46k basic with discretionary bonus.

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Regional Marketing Executive on behalf of a well-established and highly respected professional services organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys a varied role and has a strong background in events, sponsorship, and campaign delivery. You'll be joining a collaborative regional marketing team and will play a key role in delivering marketing activity that supports business growth, strengthens client relationships, and enhances brand awareness across the South West region.

The role would suit someone who is confident managing multiple projects at once, enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels, and takes pride in delivering high-quality events and campaigns from start to finish.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on events and sponsorship activity aimed at a high-value client audience.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of events and campaigns, from initial planning and supplier management through to communications, delivery, and post-event reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering a programme of events, hospitality activities, and sponsorship activations.
• Managing venues, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
• Coordinating client communications, invitations, and event logistics.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives.
• Supporting the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
• Producing and reviewing marketing materials and content across a range of channels.
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on outcomes and ROI.
• Assisting with budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and supplier negotiations.
• Ensuring all activity is delivered in line with brand, compliance, GDPR, and health and safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience within a marketing position where you've had responsibility for events, campaigns, and stakeholder management.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience working within a corporate or professional services environment.
• A proven track record of delivering successful events and sponsorship programmes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to measure success and demonstrate return on investment.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.

Experience within wealth management, financial services, legal services, accountancy, or another professional services sector would be advantageous, although not essential.

Additional Information

The role supports teams across Winchester, Bristol, Cheltenham, Exeter, Chichester, and Bournemouth, so some regional travel will be required, alongside occasional meetings in London.
