Senior Researcher

We have partnered with some of the leading UK and International businesses and institutions, supporting them through times of dramatic change and transformation. We are currently looking to grow our Civil Society and Government research team.
We are looking for highly motivated, confident researchers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive search and particular experience of the Third sector. Research underpins everything that we do and a high-level of rigour, care and attention to detail is paramount.
The successful candidate will be well rewarded and supported with an ongoing training programme to help you develop your expertise in this area and to develop your own sector specialism.
THE ROLE:
This is a candidate and client focused role with no business development
You will be supporting your consultants with approaching and engaging senior candidates for their specific mandates
Effectively execute retained search mandates and additional projects to agreed timescales
Support the team on initial pitch process and participate in client briefings
Identify quality candidates by qualitatively researching, mapping and approaching
Gain and collate market insights during the search process and produce supporting documents
