We’re working with a global tech company building products used worldwide - driving real impact across sustainability, education, and public safety. They’re now hiring a Senior Tech Lead to shape how their technology evolves.

The Role:

• This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll influence architecture, guide teams, and solve complex problems at scale.
• Own technical direction across multiple product areas (Web, GIS, Robotics)
• Lead from the front - designing solutions, improving systems, unblocking teams
• Drive modern engineering practices and architecture standards
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape what gets built and how

What You Need:

• Experience operating as a senior technical leader in a complex / enterprise environment
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams or technologies
• Strong background in event-driven systems

Solid tech stack including:

• C# /.NET
• SQL
• Kafka
• Azure
• Rest API’s
• (Java a bonus)
• Confident working in Agile environments

Desirables:

• Experience with distributed systems or real-time data
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Natural ability to influence, mentor and lead without direct reports
